Louna has an original concept: empower the customer. Yes I know everybody says the same thing, and it always ends up the same way: the customer is never the winner. We are different.

 

First, we allow customers to create, or build, their jewelry. You can make you own bracelet, anklet, necklace, and earings, following your own likes, not what fashion imposes. You can choose the colors, the shapes, combine freely whatever beads, charms, and pendants. There are no hidden fees. All costs have been covered, so don't worry if your creation needs jumprings and nails, we will add them at no extra cost. Just as for the supports, you pay once, whatever the length you want. You can find comment boxes at each step of the creation, you tell us what you want us to do. We will stay in contact with you while assembling your creation, and you will get a picture of the final product before shipping. Even then, you have 24 hours to react. We don't joke with customer service.

 

Second, Louna will evolve on our customers’ feedback, suggestions, and requests. You, the customer, will be part of this adventure. You will help us shape our small business to meet your expectations. Customers will decide what inventory we will carry, materials, shapes, colors; which to discontinue, which to add. Of course, we won’t be able to please each and everyone, but we will do our best to satisfy the greatest number possible. The newsletter will inform all customers of the choices, the modicfications, what's new, what's special, sales, and more!

Every single one of your creations will remain hand-made, unique items. All items are customizable, even our own creations. You want a different color ? You want to add or change something? Just tell us, we will personalize the item to meet your wishes. The more info you provide us, the better job we will do.
